In this action the demandant claims to be seised and possessed of a tract of land situated in the town of Boston; to which he deduces a title from Benjamin S. Williams, his father; and it is agreed that in 1780, one Benjamin Sault was seised of the land demanded, and by deed granted it to Margaret Williams for the term of her life, with remainder to the demandant’s father, the said Benjamin S.
