Plaintiff Angela Schmidt has filed a six-count complaint against defendants City of Lockport, Illinois (“Lockport”), Officer Donald Wrona (“Wrona”), Officer Shanna Preikschat (“Preikschat”), and Anthony Konidaris (“Konidaris”), owner of Anthony’s Pancake House in Lockport.
