This suit was instituted on October 15, 1919, by appellees, a firm of attorneys, against appellant, alleging, in substance: That appellant was a corporation, engaged in furnishing light, heat and power in Wichita Falls, Tex., and that it was so engaged on July 29, 1918. That on said date appellant’s wires were heavily charged with electricity and came in contact with a certain iron building belonging to the Wichita Cotton Oil Company, and that the building became charged with electricity through the negligence of the defendant.
