O’NIELL, Chief Justice.
Nicholas J. Barth died in New Orleans on the 11th of January, 1931, leaving a will in which he bequeathed to his widow, Margaret O’Brien Barth, everything that he died possessed of. The estate consisted of both real and personal property, valued at $8,435. The will was admitted to probate; and, by an ex parte judgment of court, tbe widow was sent into possession of the estate unconditionally, as owner.
