Granting the Defendant’s Second Motion for Summary Judgment

I. INTRODUCTION

In this matter, the pro se plaintiff had a homeowner’s insurance policy with the defendant, Liberty Mutual Group. After a fire damaged the plaintiffs insured property, the plaintiff filed an insurance claim, which the defendant subsequently denied.
