I. Background Information and Introduction
This matter comes before the court on a Motion to Intervene filed by Robert J. Lancaster, Kim French, and Kim Coggins (“ERISA Plan Participants of Movants”) (Doc. 209).
The movants are named plaintiffs in In re HealthSouth ERISA Litigation, CV-03-BE-1700-S, also pending before this court.
