The majority opinion does not rely upon a violation of any state or federal constitutional provision in declaring this search warrant invalid but rests wholly upon an interpretation of the word “issue” in General Statutes § 54-33a(c) to include a signature of the judge upon the warrant as a necessary element. The *99defendant also has refrained from making any claim of infringement of his constitutional rights.
