ROSSMAN, J.

The very earnest manner in which the appellant argues that our previous decision was in error has caused us to once more read the evidence, to again consider the exhibits and to apply to the various briefs studious attention.

The plaintiff again urges that the circuit court erred when it denied his motion for a directed verdict. It will be recalled that this is an action upon the contract.
