EGINTON, Senior District Judge.

Plaintiff, Hudson River Cruises, Inc., brought this action alleging that defendant, Bridgeport Drydock Corporation, failed to repair plaintiffs steel-hulled vessel, the RIP VAN WINKLE, in a workmanlike manner and overcharged plaintiff for the inadequate repairs.
