I have before me MOTION OF DEFENDANT GARY HESTOR FOR DISMISSAL pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) and (3), (filed October 30, 1987), and PLAINTIFFS’ ... MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY AND TO EXTEND THE TIME TO COMPLETE DISCOVERY AND FILE PRETRIAL MEMORANDA, (filed February 12, 1988).
