Jacob O. Reigel was the owner of the real estate and premises involved in this action and by his warranty deed bearing date as of the 28th day of May, 1909, conveyed the same to his son, George E. Reigel. Thereafter, and on March 4, 1911, George E. Reigel, for the recited consideration of $1, conveyed the same land to Millie Reigel, his wife. On the 10th day of May, 1914, Millie Reigel. for the recited consideration of $1, recon-veyed the premises in question to George E. Reigel. her husband.
