In this slip-and-fall case, plaintiff Linda Silver sought to recover for personal injuries she sustained in a parking lot owned by defendants Fred R. Freyer, Jr., Richard J. Uberto, and Domus Properties, a Georgia partnership (“the Domus defendants”), as she was approaching defendant Folks, Inc.’s restaurant in Smyrna, Georgia.
