Dixon, J.

The parties' to this suit were married June 24th, 1891, in Montclair, and resided there as husband and wife until September, 1899, during which time they had three children, of whom two are still living. For some time prior to September, 1899, their cohabitation had not been harmonious, and early in *321that month the husband told his wife that her presence was extremely distasteful to him, that he was very sorry he had ever met her, and that he did not wish to live with her. To this the wife replied that she was perfectly willing to do everything…
