The proceeding was instituted by petition of Anna F. Dromgoole, one of the executors, to the surrogate, setting forth the death of the testator, the probate of the will, the qualification of the executors, that the petitioner and Sarah E. Hall were the only children of the testator, and the claim of the petitioner against the testator, and praying that a citation issue to the co-executor and Sarah E.
