Before the court is the issue of whether Brandon A. is a consent father in this adoption proceeding.
Facts
Melissa TT., the birth mother, is a 21 year old who resided in South Carolina from 2008 until March 2014. She and 24-year-old Brandon A. met in May 2013. They lived together in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina from August 2013 until approximately Valentine’s Day 2014.
