Ray Goyens appeals from a judgment convicting him of grand larceny. He was charged jointly with Martin Rat-cliff and another defendant with stealing a Ford car. Martin Rat-*422cliff entered a plea of guilty; the other defendant is a fugitive from justice.. The defendant is a farmer and lives in Pratt county. Martin Ratcliff had worked for him at different times for several years prior to the war, and after returning from the war, and when not working, had made his home at defendant’s place.
