Error to Wayne; Codd (George P.), J. Case by Kazmier Drobnicki, an infant, by his next friend, against the Packard Motor Car Company- for personal injuries. Judgment for defendant on a directed verdict. Plaintiff brings error.

On the 20th day of June, 1918, the plaintiff, a child of six years, was standing in the street in front of his home, about five feet away from a motor truck owned by the defendant and in charge of two of its employees. One of the defendant’s employees in charge of the truck at the time in question was the driver, the other was his helper.
