MEMORANDUM OPINION

MARTIN V.B. BOSTETTER, Jr., Chief Judge.

The issue before the Court involves the objections of NationsBank of D.C., N.A. (the “Bank”) to certain exemptions claimed by John W. Hanes, Jr. (the “Debtor”) in his Amended Schedule C. Specifically, the Bank contends that the Debtor may not exempt from the bankruptcy estate two televisions, a “stereo system,” and a video cassette recorder (“VCR”) under the Virginia exemption laws.
