The attack upon the contract is made upon two grounds:(1) Failure to file in the office of the register of deeds a certificate of limited partnership as is required by sec. 124.02 (1), Stats., and (2) failure to disclose in the application for a license to operate the tavern the fact that plaintiff had an interest in the business.
