In this tort action the Plaintiffs seek to recover damages for serious personal injuries sustained by the Plaintiff, Joseph Lu-brano (herein, the Plaintiff) in a fall from a roof of the “Race Book” section of the Mohegan Sun Casino, located on the Reservation of the Mohegan Tribe of Indians of Connecticut.
