This is an appeal by appellants, Richard A. Fisher, Fisher Trucking Corporation and Russell Allen Taylor, from a declaratory judgment proceeding brought in the Circuit Court for Dorchester County against appellees, Maxwell C. Tyler, Hardester Corporation and Northland Insurance Company, to determine their rights under an automobile liability insurance policy.
