Petitioners Richard A. Fisher, Fisher Trucking Corporation, and Russell Allen Taylor instituted this declaratory judgment action against respondents Maxwell C. Tyler, Harvester Corporation, and Northland Insurance Company, seeking an adjudication of the rights and obligations of the parties under an automobile liability policy issued to Fisher Trucking by Northland. At the close of petitioners’ case, which was tried before a jury in the Circuit Court for Dorchester County, Judge Charles E.
