Presently before the court are cross-motions for summary judgment in this class action “strip search” case brought by Gregory Garvey (“Garvey”) and other similarly-situated pre-arraignment detainees (“Plaintiffs”) at the now-closed Franklin County Jail (“FCJ”) in Greenfield, Massachusetts.
