This action was brought by the appellant, Reconstruction Finance Corporation, to intervene in the suit filed by the People ex rel. Edward J. Barrett, auditor of public accounts of the State of Illinois, seeking the liquidation and dissolution of the Fon du Lac State Bank, and for leave to file its intervening petition in said cause.
