Leave was granted and an original petition for mandamus was filed in this court on December 14, 1933. The relator seeks to compel the respondent, as judge of the circuit court of Peoria county, to expunge an order entered by him appointing Charles V. O’Hern and George A. Shurtleff receivers of the Peoria Life Insurance Company. Through the Attorney General a petition had been filed in that court in the name of the People, upon the relation of Ernest Palmer, Director of Insurance.
