DECISION AND ORDER RE STAY
BURTON PERLMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
Plaintiff is a mortgage lender to the two defendants, each of which is a debtor in a Chapter 11 case pending in this Court. We write a single decision in the two captioned cases because the relief sought in the respective complaints is identical. Because defendants have defaulted in their payment obligations under their mortgage note to plaintiff, plaintiff wishes to foreclose upon its collateral.
