Defendants appeal from a guilty finding at a stipulated facts trial on a multiple count indictment alleging various drug related charges. The twenty-two appellants were convicted of conspiracy to import marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 963 (Count One), conspiracy to possess marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (Count Two), and importation of marijuana in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2, 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a) and 960 (Count Three).
