This matter is before the Court as an appeal from a judgment entered by the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island against John T. Sheehan, who was Executor of the Estate of John O’Brien, and James T. Connell, who was a residuary beneficiary of that Estate (hereinafter “Appellants”). Appellants seek a reversal of the Bankruptcy Court’s decision granting summary judgment in this case on one count of usury (Count I), see R.I. Gen.
