OPINION

BIRDSALL, Chief Judge.

This appeal is from the trial court’s order refusing to set aside a partial summary *75judgment in this dissolution case pursuant to Rule 60(c), Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, 16 A.R.S. The summary judgment contained Rule 54(b) findings and directions. It determined that certain closely held stock was the separate property of the appellee, William M. Davis, rather than community property. The appellant, Barbara E. Davis, filed a tardy notice of appeal from that judgment which our court dismissed as untimely.
