THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon the Amended Objection and Motion to Reconsider Order of Confirmation (the “Motion”) filed by GE Capital Auto Lease (“GECAL”) on November 17, 2000. In the Motion, GECAL asserts that it is the holder of a Closed-End Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement whereby GECAL agreed to lease a 1998 Honda Accord to Prima Lee Durham (“Debtor”) and further argues that Debtor’s Chapter 13 Plan, which was confirmed on July 28, 2000, improperly valued the property, treating it as a sale transaction and disguised security agreement as…
