ROSENTHAL, District Judge:
WiUie L. Boyd appeals the district court’s judgment affirming the Commissioner’s decision to deny him disability benefits. Boyd asserts that the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) applied an incorrect legal standard in assessing the extent of Boyd’s abüity to work, and that the ALJ’s decision was unsupported by the evidence. This court finds that the ALJ did apply the correct legal standard, but that the evidence was not sufficient to satisfy the Commissioner’s burden to show that despite his impairments, Boyd was able to perform available work.
