This matter came before the Court on the Motion for Judgment by Default and the supporting Affidavits (Doc. Nos. 14,15, 16, 24) (collectively, the “Motion”) 1 filed by Phillips, Mille & Costabile Co., L.P.A., the Plaintiff herein (“Plaintiff’) seeking summary judgment on its 11 U.S.C. Section 523 non-dischargeability Complaint (Doc. No. 1) (“Complaint”) against Andrew D. Shusteric, the Debtor herein (“Debtor”).
