*468¶ 1 Defendant, Guy V. Lucero, Jr., appeals the trial court's order denying his Crim. P. 35(b) postconviction motion seeking reduction of his aggregate eighty-four-year sentence for nonhomicide crimes he committed as a juvenile. He asserts that this sentence violates the Cruel and Unusual Punishments Clause of the federal constitution's Eighth Amendment and article II, section 20 of the Colorado Constitution, citing Graham v.
