GAITAN, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction of driving while intoxicated in violation of § 577.010 RSMo 1986. Appellant contends that there was insufficient evidence to establish that he operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

The judgment is affirmed.

In reviewing the sufficiency of the evidence in this case, we view all the evidence and the reasonable inferences to be drawn therefrom in the light most favorable to the state, and we disregard all contrary evidence and inferences.
