This is. an appeal from an order refusing a temporary injunction, petitioned by the appellants, the Orien tal Oil Company and Ed. N. Oeffinger, against the city of San Antonio, its commissioners, officers, and agents, and against Sam C. Bell, Ray Rambert, Phil. L. Wright, Andreas Coy, and Louis Heuermann individually.

The temporary injunction sought was to restrain the enforcement of the following ordinance:
