Pamela Olson v. Dubuque Community School District
Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
*611MORRIS SHEPPARD ARNOLD, Circuit Judge. ■
Pamela Olson contends that she whs fired from her job as an elementary school guidance counselor with the Dubuque'Community School District (“Dubuque”) in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), see 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213. On a motion for summary judgment, the lower court held that Ms. Olson had failed to show that she was disabled within the meaning of the ADA and therefore could not make out a prima facie case of discrimination. Ms. Olson appeals; we affirm the judgment of the lower court.2
