This petition for certiorari was brought to review an order of the superior court pursuant to which the petitioner was sentenced to a term of four months in the adult correctional institutions, having been adjudged in willful contempt upon his refusal to answer a question put to him under 'direct examination when ordered to do so by the trial justice. Execution of sentence was thereafter stayed by the superior court pending an appeal therefrom to this court by way of certiorari.
