LIVINGSTON, Justice.
I. INTRODUCTION
Appellant Commercial Services of Perry, Inc. (Commercial Services) appeals from a take-nothing judgment in favor of appellee Donald J. Wooldridge in its suit on a renewal note. In eight points, Commercial Services complains the trial court: (1) abused its discretion in failing to grant its motion to enlarge time to file notice of past due findings of fact and conclusions of law; (2) erred in admitting or excluding several pieces of evidence; (3) erred in holding that it was not entitled to judgment on the note; and (4) erred in finding that…
