I. Introduction

Appellants Diversified Financial Systems, Inc. (“Systems”) and Diversified Financial Southeast, Inc. (“Southeast”) (collectively “Diversified”) appeal from the trial court’s summary judgment in favor of Appellees Hill, Heard, O’Neal, Gilstrap & Goetz, P.C. a/k/a Hill, Gilstrap, Moorhead, White, Bodoin & Webster, a Professional Corporation (“Hill Gilstrap”), Dwight A.
