|tNathaniel Dowl, Jr., appeals the trial court’s judgment dismissing with prejudice his suit seeking court approval of a 2002 settlement of a medical malpractice claim and demand for payment from the Louisiana Patient’s Compensation Fund on exceptions of lack of subject matter jurisdiction, res judicata, prescription, and no cause of action, and further imposing conditional sanctions.
