Plaintiff Action Nissan, Inc. (“Action Nissan”) brings this action against Nissan North America, Inc. (“NNA”) asserting violations of the federal Automobile Dealer’s Day in Court Act (“ADDCA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1221 et seq., and the New York Franchised Motor Vehicle Dealer Act (“FMVDA”), N.Y.
