This is a suit in equity, brought to enjoin the use of a trade-mark and illegal competition in the sale of a certain medicine for the cure of the tobacco habit. The plaintiff is an Illinois corporation, engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling.a certain remedy for the cure of the tobacco habit, under the trade-mark designation of “No-To-Bac,” with their principal office at Chicago, and their laboratory at Indiana Mineral Springs, 'Warren county, Ind.
