CROW, District Judge.
The case comes before the court on the defendants’ motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, to compel arbitration, or, in the alternative, to dismiss for improper venue (Dk. 14), and on the plaintiffs motion for sanctions and attorney’s fees against the defendants for not conducting themselves in good faith during the mediation process. (Dk. 16).
