— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Tisch, J.), rendered August 19, 1982, convicting him of burglary in the third degree and grand larceny in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial ordered. During its deliberations the jury requested that the entire testimony of four of the eight trial witnesses be read back.
