The trustee of the F2 Liquidating Trust (the "Trustee" or "Plaintiff") commenced over one hundred adversary proceedings post-confirmation seeking to avoid as fraudulent conveyances and/or preferential transfers discretionary bonus payments and/or tax distributions made prepetition by F-Squared Management, LLC.
