MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

YOUNG, Chief Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This is a putative class action alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“the Exchange Act”) by Security Dynamics Technologies, Incorporated (“Security Dynamics”) and six individual defendants. The plaintiff Lori Fitzer (“Fitzer”), acting on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated, alleges violations of section 10(b) of the Exchange Act and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder (Claim One) 1 and section 20(a) of the Ex change Act (Claim Two). 2 The action is brought on behalf of purchasers of Security Dynamics…
