GARRARD, Judge.
Tonyia Dee Williams was convicted of Arson, a class B felony. We affirm.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
On December 31, 1990, Carol Hines hosted a New Year's Eve gathering at the home of her sister, Annette Hines. Annette was in Chicago at the time and Carol was left in charge of the house and Annette's three children.
During the course of the evening the guests were playing cards and drinking. Shortly before midnight, Tonyia Dee Williams arrived at the house and asked about some money that Annette had been holding for her and requested use of the telephone. Williams went upstairs…
