SAIF Corporation seeks review of a Workers’ Compensation Board order awarding claimant permanent total disability benefits (PTD). ORS 656.206(1)(a). We affirm.

Claimant is a 58-year-old man who compensably injured his knee when he stepped off a ladder while working as a fruit picker. At the time of his injury, claimant was working eight hours per day, seven days per week, and was earning minimum wage. As a result of the injury, he has had numerous surgeries; the last one required the amputation of the lower portion of his leg. He now uses a wheelchair and is unable to wear a prothesis. He has…
