Graylin Rusk has appealed the action of the trial court’s revocation of his community supervision. Rusk had been placed on community supervision in Rusk County as a result of a plea agreement after he had been charged with leaving the scene of an accident in which someone had received serious bodily injury. Under that plea agreement (entered July 12, 2011), Rusk’s five-year sentence had been suspended and Rusk had been placed on community supervision for five years.
