A jury convicted Raimond Kevon Gipson a/k/a Raimond Gipson of assault on a family member. The trial court sentenced Gip-son to ten years in prison, but suspended imposition of sentence and placed Gipson on community supervision for ten years. The State subsequently filed a motion to revoke Gipson’s community supervision on three grounds, including an allegation that Gipson had failed to pay court-assessed fees.
